  1. Complete our convenient Financial Profile. Simply fill out the workbook online and print a copy.
  2. Gather the additional documents and information from the list we have provided on page #7 of the workbook.
  3. Call our office at (715) 834-9111 and schedule your complimentary consultation.

That's it. This information will serve as the basis for our conversation. The more of a complete financial picture you provide, the better able we are to evaluate your unique situation and put you on the road to financial independence. Keep in mind, your privacy is assured. Any information you share with us will always remain strictly confidential.

THE RIGHT FIT

Just as you would interview us before entering into a long-term relationship, we will evaluate the information you provide to determine if and how our services might fit your needs and objectives. For the benefit of our existing clients, we will only accept a limited number of new clients each year. We have established minimum criteria so that we can continue to provide the highest level of service possible for everyone. Currently, the firm minimum is set at $500,000 of investable assets, but is subject to the discretion of MainStreet Capital Management. Remember that there is no minimum requirement to take advantage of our initial complimentary consultation. If our firm is not a good fit for your particular needs, we will make every effort to provide you with an appropriate referral to another qualified advisor in your area.
